Learning Harbor provides web-based regulatory compliance training for healthcare employees, including mandatory annual training that conforms to Joint Commission, AAASC and OSHA requirements. Learning Harbor’s online modules give healthcare providers an alternative method of delivering required training with the advantage of around-the-clock accessibility.
The Learning Harbor curriculum is ideal for orientation and/or annual mandatory competency assessment, whenever and wherever the employees need it. The content is designed for adult learners with varying skill levels. In addition to the training modules, Learning Harbor also provides a comprehensive testing and record keeping system, documenting those healthcare employees who have met their mandatory orientation or annual training requirements. Upon completion of an online module, the employee takes a short quiz to demonstrate comprehension, and when successful, can then print a certificate documenting completion. Learning Harbor keeps track of employees and their training, so that employers can easily access and document their records. A record of employee compliance as well as departmental compliance is available at all times.
