A Comfortable Haven For
Healthcare Compliance Training

Learning Harbor, offering the best of E-learning, provides web-based regulatory compliance training that healthcare employees can complete anytime and anywhere. Instead of sitting in a classroom at a pre-scheduled time, employees can login at home or at work, any time of the day or night. E-learning allows employees to choose a time that is convenient for them. This flexibility also provides the opportunity for our users to work at their own pace, another advantage of E-learning.

Since 2000, Learning Harbor has been serving over 23,000 healthcare employees, including those from acute care facilities, long term care facilities, hospices, free-standing clinics and colleges that send students into healthcare facilities. In addition to utilizing our prepared modules, Learning Harbor clients can place their own content on the system, as well. A tracking system permits the employer to view the status of employee training at all times, and users are also able to view their own records. Records are open for a year, and are then archived, at which time new assignments are made. We can increase your annual training compliance and improve record keeping.

Learning Harbor authors are all Master’s prepared nurse educators who are actively involved in staff education in healthcare facilities. The modules are constructed for readability and expediency in order to enable employees to quickly complete their requirements and get back to their assigned jobs. A “help” tab is provided for those needing assistance.

Learning Harbor was founded by people with experience in nursing, staff education and Human Resources, and employees have found the training to be easy and fun to do.
